Weight Loss By Dr Mercola: Proper Diet, Exercise & Brown Seaweed

brown_seaweed.jpgHere's more weight loss help from Dr Mercola.  Of course it includes proper diet and exercise(weight bearing exercise is his choice-mine also) primarily.  I keep hearing, you keep hearing, 'ya gotta move'.  Moving is good for everything.  A couch potato does not fare well for a comfortable healthy future even if it feels comfortable while you're doing all the sitting.

Just 10, 20 or 30 minutes of yoga or qi gong 3 times a week is a good start.  Check out Lee Holden or Peggy Cappy.  They  both have beginner through advanced dvd's that you can use at home.  Lee does qi gong and Peggy does yoga although its amazing how similar the workouts seem to be.

So here's Mercola's deal.  It's about 'brown seaweed' in supplement form since its impossible to get the real thing for the next ten years(as he says).  If you don't want to get the supplement, the video is filled with great information as usual.  Who doesn't need reminders anyway.
