genotypediet.jpg2.gifPeter D'Adamo, author of the international bestseller Eat Right 4 Your Type breaks new ground with his new book, The GenoType Diet.(You can actually turn your bad genes off and turn on the good ones.)

For over 20 years, Dr. Peter D’Adamo has extensively researched the connections between blood type, food, and disease. in 1996 his first book, Eat Right 4 Your Type was hailed as the “Boldest of the New Books on Alternative Medicine” by The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine. It became an international phenomenon with translation in over 50 languages.

Dr D'Adamo profiles six GenoTypes and explains how we can reprogram gene responses to lose and maintain weight, repair cells, avoid illness and age well.

Who really believes that there's one solution for all of us. I've seen some thin people eat more calories while others struggle keeping the fat off eating much less.  Some people are much more sensitive to the environment than others.

The GenoType Diet takes our uniqueness to a whole new level and it covers more than just 'weight loss'.

In this video clip, Dr D'Adamo gives a short synopsis.

There is nothing out there on the market today that compares to Dr. D'Adamo's research. Nothing.

Once size fits all diets and broad spectrum recommendations are a thing of the past. If you are not tailoring your diet to your specific GenoType, all you are doing is puttin a band aid on your health instead of addressing your individual needs, specifically.

These books will really open your eyes. Quite astonishing really, and its all very easy to follow. Just remember it takes 21 days to get yourself not wanting those things you ate at one time. Chicken was my hardest but I kicked it.
