Peter D'Adamo, naturopathic physician, is noted for his popular book series on the Blood Type Diet. In the video, he discusses some of the chemical and genetic differences between the blood types, and how diet and exercise can be better personalized through the Blood Type Diet. An example would be that Type O's do better with a high protein diet and alot of physical exercise and A's can lower their stress level with yoga or tai chi.
Of course it doesn't mean that all blood types can't do yoga but listen to his explanation of why certain exercise is better for one blood type rather than another. Do you find it to be true for yourself?
