You: Staying Young: The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty

YOU Staying YoungDrs Mehmet Oz and Michael Roizen have written another Bestseller,  YOU: STAYING YOUNG: The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty.  The reason they wrote this book is to teach us how to reprogram our bodily systems as we age.  The book is filled with so much information about how to keep our bodies young as we age.

I have always been a fan of these Docs and today on Oprah as Dr Oz was giving advice about walking, I stared right at my stairmaster and thought, why not?  It's alot easier to jump on a stairmaster for 30 minutes than to think how to get in those 10,000 steps every day.

Aging isn't a decline in our systems. It's actually very purposeful. The very systems and biological processes that age us are designed to help us when we're a little bit younger. So what's our role as part of the aging population? To learn how those systems work so we can reprogram them to work the way they did when we were younger. Your goal should be: die young at any age. That means you live a high quality of life (with everything from working joints to working genitals) until the day you die.

Amazon dedicated a page to Drs Oz and Roizen's new book with editorial and cutomer reviews, a personal letter and video from the Doctors about the book and their motivation for writing it.  I suggest you go on over to the Amazon page if you have any interest in living your life with quality and vitality as you age.

Here's another video from Oprah's After the Show with a discussion about eggs, aspirin and bad breath.  This is funny with  Drs Oz and Roizen answering questions from the audience and Oprah.  Oprah expresses her thoughts as usual and she is in rare form on this "After the Show"
