Osteoporosis-What Can We Do?

Mikhail-Tombak1.jpgBone loss, as they call it.  My doctor told me that most women after menopause will have bone loss.  I don't take drugs and will do anything to keep myself healthy and fit.  So we know about weight bearing exercise and eating lots of foods containing calcium.  You can never do enough prevention unless you don't mind taking meds. 

Mikhail Tombak, Ph.D. is a Russian educated doctor who headed a Center for Health Sciences in Moscow as well as authoring several bestsellers on health and healing.   Dr Tombak wrote:

We eat way too much sugar and  its digestion results in many poisonous acids in our body.  Huge amounts of mineral salts containing mostly calcium are needed to neutralize these acids. Where are they taken from-  our bones and teeth, where they are present in the highest concentration.
